How do I take the test?
Mindsonar® profiling is done entirely online. Before you start solving, you select or. define the context in which you want to test your way of thinking.
You will then be given access to your online questionnaire (username and password). The MindSonar® questionnaire is in English.
When you take the test, you get a detailed report of your values (Graves motivators) and your thinking patterns (metaprogrammes) explained and described.
Then follows
Mindsonar® Professional
to review the results and set a plan of what steps are important to achieve the results you want.

What the measurement result looks like
At the top of the graph is a sonar diagram (green sonar image) with the four most prominent elements of the thinking style and the three most prominent Graves motivators.
At the top of the page, on the right-hand side, above the sonar chart, are the personal criteria and their contrasts. This means what the respondent considers important.
Graves’ motivators are shown below the personal criteria (coloured circles on the top right). They are ranked from least influential to most influential.
The bottom half of the page with the diagram (bar graph) shows the results of the mindset parameters.
Below the thinking style lines is a graph showing the response times. Red lines indicate extremely long response times and green lines indicate relatively shorter response times than average.
